Travel is based out of Santa Maria, Nipomo, Orcutt, and Arroyo Grande. A $65 travel fee applies for locations 30 miles outside Santa Maria. Beyond that, it’s $5 per additional 5–10 miles. Travel fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and due after the quote and service agreement.

Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment will not receive a travel fee refund. Late Arrivals Be ready on time with clean, dry hair. There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the travel fee will not be refunded.

Refund Policy Hair services are non-refundable. However, for bridal bookings, a refund may be issued only if the cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, allowing time to rebook the slot. My goal is to work with you until you're happy—if you're not fully satisfied during the service, please let me know right away so I can make any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave loving your look.
