Travel:

All travel is based out of Santa Maria, Nipomo, Orcutt and Arroyo Grande. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about on site wedding services.  For travel beyond 30 miles of Santa Maria, travel will start at $15 for 30 miles to the booked  location. For any travel beyond 30 miles there will be a $5 charge for every additional 5-10 miles . Travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, and is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon.  

Cancellations:

If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours in advance. Giving 24 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. Canceling 2 hours or less before the appointment time will not be refunded with the travel fee.

Late Notice Appointments: 

Please be ready for your scheduled appointment on time and with CLEAN AND DRY HAIR. If you happen to be running late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on the new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment. There is a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and will not be refunded with the travel fee.

Refund Policy

Hair services are nonrefundable, my goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. I would rather learn with you and make adjustments so I can meet your hair goals. Sometimes this takes time, but I want to work with you to ensure you're satisfied. If You are not feeling 100% satisfied with anything, please let me know right away. I will do my best to make any adjustment while we are working together, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.

Bridal Trial Run:

Please carefully read all policies and fees listed below BEFORE inquiring. With payment of the booking fee, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page.

A trial is extremely recommended for the bride. This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly so that we may practice more than one look. This session will be serviced at the clients desired destination. At this session we will have an in depth consultation on your bridal goals, and how to achieve them. Pictures for inspiration are most definitely welcome! I recommend booking your trial run any time during the planning process, or at minimum one month prior to your wedding date. Please come with clean, dry hair. Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, I may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team. I am not responsible for additional stylists booked separately. Services must be paid in full 1 week before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.
